The GrowArt Story
About 20 years ago, when I finished my bachelor's degree and started my career as an employee, my first manager told me something that would shape my entire career path: "Set a goal to become CEO by age 40." At that moment, it sounded ambitious and far-fetched... but I took that advice seriously and decided to work hard to make it happen.
In the years that followed, I invested in my development on two parallel tracks: on one hand, I acquired professional tools and skills in the business world — gaining experience in strategic and managerial work, completing an MBA, and advancing through management positions at various companies. On the other hand, I made sure to develop myself personally: I completed coaching and mentoring courses, read books on personal development and leadership, attended workshops, and listened to lectures by leading mentors. In other words, I invested in myself — not just in work, but also in shaping my personality, values, and vision.
On my 40th birthday, the big moment arrived: I signed a contract for the position of CEO at an advertising company, and three months later I stepped into the role. I had achieved the goal I set for myself. But more than that — I proved to myself that the combination of focused business strategy with personal growth and development is the secret to success.
After 4 years as CEO and 20 years as an employee, I felt it was time for my next challenge. About 4 years ago, I left the world of employment and co-founded a strategic consulting firm.
The transition from employee to independent business owner wasn't simple — it required high personal and professional capability and dealing with a wide range of challenges and uncertainty. But I overcame this challenge too, largely thanks to the ability to combine both worlds: experience and methodologies from the business-strategic world, together with the approach and tools from personal development.
Throughout my journey, I came to deeply understand that combining business strategy with personal development is a force multiplier. It can create real change and enable long-term success — in careers, in business, and in any big life goal. I saw colleagues around me who got stuck because they focused on only one side of the equation: excellent managers who failed to work on themselves internally, or highly motivated people who didn't support their motivation with a proper business plan. I realized this is the message I want to bring to others.
That's why I founded GrowArt. GrowArt's vision is to connect the world of business strategy with the world of personal strategy to create success and breakthroughs. It's a company that specializes in guiding managers who want to realize their full career potential, and people who want to achieve their dream of starting an independent business.
